Stress dgn Exam ??

Assalamualaikum..

asyik post blog je kn minah ni hahaha.. ni je care pika nk hilangkn stress ckit.. berat btul blaja Psikologi Pembelajaran ni.. So I decided to post on this topic..



Stress!!! Ckit2 nk nangeh, marah sne sni.. hehehe symptom org exam la ni haha.. biase la tu.


ni nk kongsi ckit tips pengurusan stress..



1- plg mujarab amik wuduk, xpun amik air ckit selawat, istighfar sapu kt muka



2- minum air msk byk2, or make urself a bit sugar rush 



3- setiap 2 jam berhenti belajar, get some rest.. sng g main game jap ;)


4- pasti kn tempat korang study slesa






5- give some aroma theraphy to urself.. pkai wangian ckit time study, jgn biar dri tu busuk je..



6- yg mane kuat nangeh mke sure xlbeh 15min hehe, jd lain nnt..

7- listen to pleasant music/bukan yg pecah telinga..

8- buat perkara yg bole keluarkn peluh ckit, sapu bilik ke kemas2 ke.. then sambung la study blk

9- kalau subjek tu bosan nk stdy, get some friends to company, so 
kebosanan subjek tu dpt diabaikan..

10- kalau tengkuk n pinggang mula sakit, renggangkn ckit otot2 tu, nnt belum tua da sakit byk ssh :)

11- jgn lupa kol family, at least seminggu sekali, utk pengisian rohani.. haha.. msg n kol bf/gf hari2 boleh kn.. skali skale tny la khabar mereka, sbb mereka lg byk igt kite drpd org lain ♥
