basicly, dis is a very quiet place.. day n night.. has many new buildings, parking area n so on.. unfortunately, no people using or doing business at those buildings.. sad ya.. wasting money..

the new parking area nw use by public people 2 race their controlled cars..

dis complex suppose 2 use as business area, bt after few years built, dis building has only few people doing business there.. plus, as consumer, people couldn't look the beautiful view of the beach opposite of the complex..
